Policy Terms
Our refund policy is active before the submission of your travel document application. Engaging with our services via this website indicates your acceptance of this policy’s terms, along with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant policies. Finalizing your government forms for submission marks your agreement to these documents and waives your right to a refund from that moment forward. In the event of a significant error on your application, we commit to re-submitting the application at no extra cost. However, please note, refunds will not be granted at this stage.
Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund prior to your travel document application submission, email us at [email protected] with the subject line: “Travel Visa Refund Request.” Your email must include:
- Full Name of the Applicant
- Invoice Number or Order ID
- The last four digits of the credit card used for the purchase
- The purchase date
- The reason for the refund request
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours upon receiving the necessary information. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and should reflect in your account within 1-7 business days, depending on your bank’s policies. If you encounter any delays beyond 10 days, please reach out to our Billing Department for further assistance.
Non-refundable Fees
This policy excludes government fees, payments made to issuing authorities, or other governmental agencies, as these are non-refundable. Payments to government entities are final, regardless of the outcome of your application or if you choose to withdraw your application. We also cannot refund any payments made to third parties involved in processing your application, including but not limited to medical examiners or translators.
Chargeback Notice
Agreeing to our service terms and refund policy is a condition of use. Attempting to secure a refund through chargebacks outside these agreed terms is considered a violation. We take such matters seriously and may report fraudulent disputes to payment processors, U.S. Government bodies, and other relevant agencies, which could lead to severe consequences, including legal action and entry restrictions to the destination country.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Our guarantee covers issues directly attributable to Travel Visa Global before your arrival in the USA, supplementing legal guarantees. Any claims under this satisfaction guarantee must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. While we strive to secure the earliest possible appointments, please note that appointment scheduling is under the full authority of the U.S. Embassy/Consulate and is beyond our control.
Exclusions
We cannot guarantee the outcomes of government filings. Rejections or delays by government agencies, due to reasons beyond Travel Visa Global’s control, are not covered under our satisfaction guarantee. Changes in your circumstances or decisions after service engagement are also not covered. Misrepresentations or misleading information provided during our service void this guarantee, as does entry denial by a Border Officer for epidemic/pandemic reasons.
